Baked Fluffy Eggs Recipe for Baby

This Baked Fluffy Eggs Recipe for Baby is very simple to put together - but i think it looks great and is fun twist on more traditional egg recipes.
And whilst looking good is important - particularly for older babies who may be getting a little picky about what they eat - it's also good to know that this recipe contains the goodness of whole wheat bread and the wonderful nutrients contained in eggs!

here is the recipe siting in the oven...

here is the actual recipe...
all u need is
1 slice whole wheat bread

1 egg, yolk separated from the white (take care not to break the yolk)

little unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 350 deg F, 180 deg C.
Toast the slice of  bread and spread it with a little butter.

Place the egg white in a medium bowl and whisk it until it forms stiff peaks and you can turn the bowl upside down without the mixture sliding out. (NOTE: i used my electric whisk for speed, although it can be done by hand if you don't have one).

Spoon the egg white on to your slice of toast and arrange in a circle, leaving a hole in the middle.

Carefully drop the yolk into the hole.

Place in the oven and bake for around 10 minutes, until the yolk is firmly set.

and here i have lil variation if u lik to try...
i fried some mushrooms cut into small pieces in lil olive oil and spread it on the toast for extra nutrients...
here comes my extra nutrient version...
Cool to a safe temperature and serve. You can cut this up or simply let your baby 'dive in' - admittedly rather messy and not very practical, but my little ones loved it!!!
