This is a look I recreated after seeing it on someone's blog about a week ago. I'm sorry but I've lost track and don't know which one,to give link here.
Started with parrot green nail paint(almost any green works)
Black Creme nail paint diagonal french tips.
silver polish (White polish also goes well)with a striping brush for a dividing line.
Add silver polish (white polish if use it for dividing line)polka dots using a dotting tool.

thank u vish...its very simple use cellofin tape n stick it twice or thrice on ur hand,to jus remove the glue on it(this prevents ur basecoat not coming away along vth the tape wen u remove once u r done)now place the tape in the angle u want on the base coat n paint the diagonal french tip...make sure ur basecoat is completely dry before trying this...
